Why September?? Weather is more stable, our season is winding down and our schedule allows for more flexibility for the many variables pilots face when flying in to any remote location.

In September, we can reliably offer short-notice bookings and extra days built in if delays due to weather.
Small supply of Avgas and Jet-A on site, please arrange quantity needed prior to arrival

We appreciate our pilots and want to better accommodate your needs, which is why we are extending our season until mid October for 2025 and adding a special package for you and your flight crew!
AIRSTRIP
Our 1800 foot aircraft runway is 150 wide with a smooth landing base. It runs 210 degrees magnetic at an altitude of 1200 feet above sea level. Our former airport code is CKW6 and the strip is located at:
56' 53' North, 103' 35' West
Our strip supports most light aircraft types as it heads out unobstructed over the lake, so all you want is a headwind.

DLL airstrip is PPR and permission is granted once a trip is booked and confirmation received.
